Job Title: 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract length: 6 months

Rate: £250 - £300 per day

 

My prestigious client is seeking experienced support engineers to The primary support to a wide range of IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, storage, cloud services, PCs, security etc..

 

You will have good working knowledge of a broad range of IT infrastructure, good communication skills and have the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

 

Key skills:

  • LAN / WAN configuration, administration and fault diagnostics
  • Windows Server configuration, administration and fault diagnostics
  • VMware virtual server configuration, administration and fault diagnostics
  • Microsoft Active Directory configuration, administration and fault diagnostics
  • Microsoft Exchange configuration, administration and fault diagnostics
  • Citrix XenApp configuration, administration and fault diagnostics
  • Microsoft SharePoint administration
  • PC / Server hardware and software fault diagnostics
  • Windows 7/10 operating system configuration and deployment including WDS imaging
  • Microsoft Office 2010/13/16 and Office 365 configuration and deployment
  • Security endpoint configuration and administration (Sophos experience an advantage)
  • Mobile Device Management (MobileIron experience an advantage)
