Role: Project Manager

Location: Leeds
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (negotiable)
 

Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to work within our Digital Project environment for my award winning client based in central Leeds. As a Project Manager you will work on projects at a national / enterprise and international scale working with enterprise grade partners.

Key Accountabilities:

• Produce detailed project and resource allocation plans for review and execution inline with Prince 2 / Agile when relevant
• Interact with project stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance and reporting structures are in place
• Produce regular status reporting
• Manage project related resources to enable deliveries for the duration of specified projects
• Manage delivery of key project milestones to standards defined at project inception
• Manage a range of third party suppliers and external partners to deliver the project on time, on budget and to agreed specifications and standards
• Experience managing projects using enterprise content management systems such as Opentext and Episerver
• Experience managing business intelligence projects involving data warehousing, ETL, analytics

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Project management experience in a complex environment
• Experience of delivery of large complex projects
• Knowledge of and ability to deploy using PRINCE 2 methodology
• Knowledge of and ability to deploy using Agile methodology
• Highly organised with a flexible approach to workload and a strong desire to deliver the product
• Financial Management – delivery of projects on time and to budget
• Good time management, used to working to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Ability to deliver the plan to the required programme priorities
• Knowledge and experience of web development tools
• Knowledge of web design limitations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written, at all levels, listening skills, astute judgement
