About role
We have a belief in supporting our staff’s individual strengths in a collective environment offering team mates the opportunity to work together in providing solutions. We are a specialist trade and logistics organisation ensuring our constancy in using agile methods and approaches.
The team is built up of 10+ experienced .NET developers and testers and 7 business consultants, however have over 100 members of staff working in software development across the UK and Europe. The successful will be responsible for coaching two teams as a Scrum Master / Agile processes.
Requirement
- Over 3+ years as a Scrum Master
- Ensure collective, well operative teams
- Enable the adoption of Agile practices
- Apply core agile principles to support a great team environment
- Release data within and external teams
- Be passionate about continual development
- Clear impediments for the team
- Ability to Provide recommendations / Challenge decisions as required
