My innovative digital agency is on the lookout for a talented Senior UX Designer to join a close-knit team. They are in partnership with the world’s leading brands and are passionate in what they do!
As a Senior UX Designer, your broad experience will enable you to plan and apply visual flair while always ensuring the highest quality of finish. Your strengths may be in user flows, personas, IA, and wireframes, or art direction, interaction or interface design.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with researchers to both create and utilize qualitative and quantitative data to support creative decision making
- Communicating a strong creative view with the ability to present concepts and recommendations clearly to Stakeholders of all levels
- Demonstrating good attention to design details, sympathetic to existing Brand aesthetics and relevant to target audiences
- Collaborate directly with Technical teams to deliver ideas that are not only desirable for user but are achievable to deliver
- Confidently taking the lead on projects and drive all involved parties to deliver excellence
- Keeping up to date with design trends, technology innovations and how our audiences are engaging with them.
Key experience:
- 4+ years of Creative Industry experience
- Expert knowledge of creative software; Sketch, Marvel, Atomic, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user-centered design principles, and a demonstrable knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean methodologies
- Varied experience in dealing directly with Stakeholders of all levels
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- Running team or stakeholder workshops
- Planning and conducting audience research and interviews
- Scoping project requirements and time estimates.
