Recann is currently recruiting for IT Service Delivery Manager to join a world renown research organisation based in London
As the IT Service Delivery Manager you will be overseeing Change Management, Major Incident, IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, Service Reporting, Problem Management across the service lifecycle.
You will be expected to implement and align ITIL best practice processes and deliver the changes which will require you to define the SLAs and KPIs.
