Job Title: Software Engineer (part remote working)
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary: £30k - £45k per annum
A large and prestigious technology company, is on the lookout for a talented Software Engineer.
You’ll join a lively and dynamic team working in a mixed environment using (amongst other things) C#, ASP.NET MVC and PostgreSQL. Furthermore, they practice TDD and release code multiple times per week.
They are always looking to push the boundaries and if you’re wanting a challenge, this might be the place for you!
Key skills
- Experience working with C# and ASP.NET MVC
- Experience working with a SQL based database system (experience with PostgreSQL is even better)
- Experience with Angular JS framework
- Solid understanding of dependency injection and experience with unit testing frameworks
- Good HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery) knowledge
- Strong conceptual grasp of the basic building blocks of the web such as HTTP and TCP/IP
Desirable
- Experience working in a load balanced, high performance environment
- Experience with .Net Core
- An interest in the live events market
