Recann is currently on the lookout for an It Support Analyst to join a leading technology company based in central London.
You will be working as part of the technical services team based at the client's offices in central London and will occasionally be required to travel to various client sites across the UK.
The role:
You will be providing support to the organisation's client base which will include troubleshooting network and Software issues for end users across multiple platforms including PC, Laptops, Tablets, IOS and Android.
Desired Expertise:
- Having the ability to maintain a positive and calm can do attitude under pressure
- Strong team player
- Ability to diagnose hardware/software/system problems
- Customer service and support experience
- Understanding of Android system and configuration to install apk files and extract apk files
- Able to organise workload and prioritise
