I am currently recruiting for a Support Analyst for one of my client based near Coventry. They offer a great package and a salary negotiable based on experience.

Summary:

You’ll be joining a rapidly expanding company in a new position that you can help shape.

You will become the application expert and as such you will help our largest customer, Jaguar Land Rover, get the most out of the product. You will be a key contributor to making the interfaces to the customer’s IT systems work flawlessly in a production environment. You will play key roles in defect investigation and deploying and configuring new versions of the application. And you will use your interactions with users to identify and support the development of new opportunities.

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience interacting with business users and customers in an application support role
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting web applications built on the .NET framework in a Windows environment
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting an enterprise level application such as PLM, CRM or ERP
• Hands on experience of problem solving involving web technologies including HTML and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and hands on experience of its administration
• Proven ability to write SQL (querying and data manipulation) and T-SQL
• Experience in the automotive R&D or manufacturing industries is an advantage
• A degree level qualification in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics discipline is an advantage
