Salary:	GBP300 - GBP600 per day

Recann is currently recruiting for a Head of Operations/ IT Manager on a contract basis to join a leading organisation based in Oxford.

The ideal candidate will have a background in IT Support/Management and have previous experience organising and structure IT Departments.

Responsibilities

Establish the strategic direction for the IT support department.
Effective delivery of innovative and relevant IT Services and Solutions.

Ensure IT Service continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.
Direct the management of the IT Support department.

Requirements

Experience leading a team of IT professionals.
Experience in Project and Service Management.
Demonstrable experience in leading change management.
Background experience in IT Support.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
