This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding organisation operating in a niche area of the learning and development market place offering a range of services based around occupational psychology within corporate business. The Role:
As a business development manager you will be winning new business whilst also developing and growing revenue streams from within a number of existing accounts. You will be speaking to and working with heads of HR and Learning and Development Managers on a daily basis within medium to large companies to assist them with maximising the performance of their employees through offering a range of psychology based programmes such as team building, change management, people consulting and one to one coaching as well as some assessment based offerings.
The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful business development manager from within the HR consulting (learning and development) space, ideally within learning and development however they will also consider people within other areas of the HR space such as assessment, recruitment etc. You will need to have an interest within psychology as well as the ability to operate in a solution driven sales environment as each client’s requirements are unique to their business.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £30,000-£40,000 (this may be negotiable) depending on experience, pension, health, and an ote of circa £60,000. Also on offer is the opportunity of working with a company that is growing and promotes from within so this could be the first step on the career ladder.
