FAST GROWING PROPERTY SERVICES BUSINESS IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE TO HELP IMPROVE THE TRAFFIC TO THEIR WEBSITE.
My Client is a leader in one of the fastest growing areas of property services.
With their own , innovative approach, a strong business plan, and a fast developing website, they are perfectly positioned to continue their growth in this exciting market.
You will deliver a strategy to optimise customer traffic and retention, improve customer life cycles as well as assisting with the implementation, testing and delivery of digital campaigns. You will work across multi-channel communications with the majority being social media based.
You will also assist with website content management and social media and take in to account customer needs and journeys to help create both automated and targeted campaigns.
YOU WILL BE
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience as a marketing executive, with particular experience of social media.
Experience of working with video content is also a necessity.
Key Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- A strong working knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques – SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and Customer Retention.
- A good working knowledge of the major analytics programs – specifically Google Analytics.
- Experience of conducting on-site and off-site SEO analysis.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
