GREAT CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR AMBITIOUS HR ADMINISTRATOR/RESOURCER TO JOIN THRIVING GLOBAL RETAILER.
My Client is one of the UK's leading retailers, and they are now looking for an ambitious, personable and capable person to join their HR team.
You will be responsible for the smooth transition of the recruitment process for all applicants.
Key Accountabilities
To identify vacancies and whether they need to be filled internally or externally
Completing all necessary steps (plan, execute, evaluate) needed to hold a recruitment event
Keeping in regular contact with business partners, customers & candidates making sure relationships are being fulfilled
Attending regular meetings to update customers and to share best practice
To keep all adhoc trackers and paperwork up to date
Liaising with HRA/Manpower planner to identify issues, priorities and resource
Essential Skills
You:
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Are passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service – both internally and externally
Plan, prioritise and organise workload and meet deadlines
Working unsupervised and using own initiative
And have:
First class communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent organisations and time management skills
Demonstrate high levels of proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Oracle, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable Skills
You:
Knowledge of current UK employment law
Are willing to travel to different units on an adhoc basis
Able to positively embrace change
And have:
Confidence to communicate with all levels in the business
Experience of supporting a multi site operation
Motivational skills
The ability to influence stakeholders
You could be a HR graduate at degree or HND (or similar ) level, who is looking to progress in HR after 1-2 years experience.
Or an experienced HR professional looking to use that experience in a busy environment.
You must have strong administration skills, be very computer literate ( good excel skills are a must), and be able to form strong relationships with the rest of your team.
