My Client is one of the UK's leading multi-brand luxury e-retailers who is now looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their Head Office Team.
Job description
To drive customer sales through exceptional customer service through your team of 6/7
Your team will be responsible for;
Answering customer calls
Responding to customer emails
Build relationships with customers to ensure they get the best products for their needs
Liaise with the warehouse team to make sure all orders are dispatched on time
Liaise with delivery companies
Liaise with our retail team
Approve and fraud check customer orders
Process customer returns
Set up schemes for our most important customers to receive exceptional customer service
Help with uploading product and merchandising on the website
Potential to get more involved with the front and back end of the website
YOU WILL HAVE
Essential
• Proven working experience in customer service support role within a Head Office or Call Centre environment within the Retail sector, and at least 1 year's Ecommerce experience.
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tool
• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Able to demonstrate examples of advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking
• Retail experience / product knowledge
• Has managed direct a minimum of 4 direct report
