FAST GROWING PROPERTY SERVICES BUSINESS IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE TO HELP IMPROVE THE TRAFFIC TO THEIR WEBSITE.

With their own , innovative approach, a strong business plan, and a fast developing website, they are perfectly positioned to continue their growth in this exciting market.
You will be responsible for liasing with clients - usually property developers , and ensuring that all refits are on track, that Health and Safety issues are being dealt with,that clients can access their property when needed, that all administration tasks are up to date, and that all maintenance to properties is on track.
Reporting to the Property Manager you will have every opportunity to grow and develop in this rapidly expanding business.
YOU WILL BE
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience in estate agency lettings, or facilities management , or within a property services company.

- Strong communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
