Data Analyst / IT Support (60770 (Hounslow)) Hounslow, England
Our Hounslow based Client are currently searching for Data Analysts / IT Support professionals to join their existing team.
Duties and tasks of the Data Analyst / IT Support Professionals will include, but are not limited to:
- Analysis (Reporting): Preparation of sales statistics on the data provided by the company
- Various IT projects
- Management and support of IT equipment and phones for all staff
- The ordering and inventory control including, but not limited to IT and phone equipment
- Being the first point of contact and support for all IT issues that arise
- Support of problems with various Microsoft components
- IT infrastructure and security across the UK & Ireland
- Phone / network sockets patch management
- Installation of IT workstations via software distribution (PC systems, laptops and reinstalling operating system)
- Resolving problems in hardware and software
Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree educated (IT/Business)
- Able to effectively analyse and communicate data and software
- Successful management of projects within previous role
- Experience of 1-2 years in a similar role is desirable
- Must hold a full driving licence (manual)
