Position Details
The Senior Analyst, Campaign Execution will works closely with Manager, Campaign Execution to ensure real-time tracking of operational metrics that drive Regional results. Partner with the center Campaign Management team to execute campaign strategies. Activities include working with cross-functional Regional teams in the planning and implementation of direct marketing programs and testing strategies. Customer and non-customer contact management; rectify campaign issues, create Ad hoc analytics and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Provides detailed and summarized reports and analyses of marketing activities and initiatives
Uses advanced statistical analyses to create actionable insights based on data from customer transaction databases
Preforms statistical data analysis, predictive models and ad hoc analyses using standard and advanced statistical techniques (e.g. regression, CHAID, factor, ANOVA, and clustering analyses
Leads customer and non-customer contact management initiatives
Prepares data processing requirements and campaign matrixes to work extensively with UNICA management system
Leads the creation of reports and presentations to non-technical audiences that address high-level business issues, local Region concerns, and provide fact-based recommendations.
Often works independently on large, complex projects that have significant impact on department and region results; may provide project guidance to junior analysts. Serves as data SME on all projects.
Researches and translates internal stakeholder business requirements into technical requirements to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables that meet internal stakeholder expectations
Collaborates with other members of the Region marketing organization to implement process improvements, facilitate knowledge sharing, and educate colleagues on data-driven decision making
Collaborates with key functional areas including Field Marketing and Information Technology to implement projects, create/maintain relational databases, complete tasks, and fulfill plans to ensure timely and efficient financial analysis and reporting for campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant work experience (marketing, product management, IT, MIS or analytical field); 3+ years of experience if candidate has an advanced degree (MS/MA/MBA)
3 + years of experience with direct marketing and campaign management
3+ years of data mining, predictive modeling and analysis experience with SQL/Oracle
Must be able to access local databases, using tools such as SQL, Answers, Discover to extract and formulate data into customizable, adhoc reports as required.
Solid understanding of database structures and architectures.
Experience with large data sets and creativity to develop innovative analytical solutions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information
Track record of effectively partnering across different teams in organizations
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or marketing field, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or equivalent experience is highly desired

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid understanding of database structures and architectures.
3+ years SQL/Oracle programming experience, ability to modify and build code
Experience with Relational database design
Ability to work in a fast paces and to work independently
