Junior Project Manager

Softworld, Inc. client is looking for a junior Project Manager/Project Coordinator, who under direct supervision of a lead project manager, manages software development projects for our CC (Consumer Compliance) product suite, either for multiple small size projects or parts of a large project. This is a junior-level project management role accountable for driving multiple small size concurrent full life cycle software development projects or parts of a large project, from concept to completion (delivery / deployment / project closeout) in an Agile / Scrum and SaaS environment. 

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee all aspects of projects: create project charter, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor & report on project status, etc. 

·         Manage (typically) 1-3 concurrent small size projects ranging from $100k to $300k cost with timelines of 3-6 months and project teams of 3-5 each, depending on the project scope. 

·         Work closely with software development, QA, Product Management, executive management, etc. to ensure the completion of all project milestones according to established timelines and budget parameters. 

·         Worked in cross-functional teams

·         Experience working with offshore vendors

·         Worked in an Agile/Waterfall environment

·         Worked with financial data, budgeting, etc  (this is more of a nice-to-have)
