Vous définissez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie, les projets d’appels d’offres dans la ou les catégories qui vous sont attribuées. Vous analysez, étalonnez et optimisez continuellement le réseau mondial de fournisseurs, en cherchant à rationaliser les dépenses. Vous cartographiez les potentiels d’optimisation et l’établissement des nouveaux contrats. Vous suivez l’évolution du marché, les nouvelles techniques d’achats et de produits, ainsi que les activités du marché de l’approvisionnement liées à votre secteur. Enfin, vous définissez et surveillez les données financières rattachées à votre périmètre.
Under the direction of the lean manager you define and implement the category strategy. You manage and execute tendering projects within the assigned category from the start to the end with the support of the benchmark team and according to the sourcing process in place. You continuously analyse, benchmark and optimise the global supplier network, seeking to rationalise the tail spend by reducing / consolidating suppliers and items in the assortment and in full agreement with the business. You map optimisation potentials and establishment of new supply contracts. You work in close collaboration with fleet cell liaison managers and regional purchasing centres to drive the compliance. You maintain continuous monitoring of market developments, awareness of new purchasing techniques, product technologies and supply market activities related to the category in order to identify and exploit commercial, logistical and technical opportunities. Finally you define, monitor and report category KPIs and financials.
