RMS are a privately owned family business with a presence throughout the UK offering bespoke Recruitment and HR solutions to a range of Clients. We are looking to expand our presence in the South and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to be based in Southampton.

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible on start/finish times

Salary: £20 - 25k basic + uncapped commission

Duties: 360 Recruitment & Selection, sales, liaising with client, obtaining job roles, CV submittals, interviews, elgibility to work criteria, placements, business development. Maintaining a warm automotive desk with circa 80 temps, starting cold desk in alternative sector of your chosing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Sales and driving business forward. Responsible for own workload with the possibility to earn additional money through commission.
