Based at a busy vehicle import centre in Southampton docks, we are currently looking for a Full-time Automotive Customer Service Account Managers to join our team in a busy, fast paced environment to help support and assist our Customer Service Team.

This is a permanent role with an immediate start.

Duties include:

• Booking deliveries for large Corporate businesses
• Liaising with the drivers when delivering vehicles to customers home addresses
• Dealing with Complaints in a Corporate/timely manor
• Chasing deliveries
• Incoming calls from the Customer and internal departments
• Booking sub-contractors to come on-site and do fitments
• Managing dealer accounts (arrivals, fitments, ECD’s, deliveries)
• Dealing with an in-house Task bar, making sure the requests are actioned efficiently
• Daily checks on delivery's
• Updating spreadsheets and an in-house system/database
• Working with the internal onsite Workshop Team with booking fitments and updates
• General queries

Desired Candidates Skills:

• Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications
• Strong excel skills
• Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners
• Experience within a fast based Customer Service environment (Ideally Automotive)
• Experience with dealing with complaints
• Proficient with in-house systems
• Drivers License (as you may need to travel to our other site in Southampton Docs)

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8.00am - 5:30pm (The Team swap between 8am - 4:30pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Salary: Between 18K - 22K
