Recruitment Consultant (RecruitSouth) Southampton, England
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our onsite team working with our Automotive client based in Southampton Docks. This position will be working within our HR Department alongside our HR Advisors.

This position will be working in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be taking the lead on making sure all recruitment needs are fulfilled.
We are interested in speaking to experienced Consultants, ideally that have worked on a temp desk and from an Industrial background, with a passion for people.
The role will involve:
- Face to face and over the telephone interviews
- Advertising roles on our company website, online job boards and internally
- Liaising with our onsite client on suitable candidates and updates on the recruitment
- Headhunting and sourcing candidates
- On site check ins and HR workshops
- Managing New starters and Induction days
- Managing PPE for New Starters and Employees
- Reporting into HR Manager / HR Advisors
- Office Administration
- Referencing New Starters
