React Developer (BBBH1242) Perth, Australia
We are looking for a JavaScript React Developer in Fintech with a well-established company who would like to work remote.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Front End JavaScript developer to join a collaborative development team in a well-established Fintech organisation that is continuing to grow and offers exciting greenfield projects releasing new products to market in the year ahead.
They are currently going through their next phase of growth and are in the process of releasing new products to their existing client base whilst continuing to enhance their existing services.
THE ROLE:
- Develop innovative ways to display the rich data sets to users in an easy-to-use and intuitive way
- Work with Product Development team members and end users to turn requirements into prototypes and ultimately the final deliverable
- Work with UX and UI designers to find highly usable and visually attractive solutions to help users navigate large datasets and allow the user to quickly focus on important areas.
KEY TECHNOLOGIES:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node JS, React (with Redux), AJAX, jQuery
- Linux: Debian
- Various tools - Jira, Git, Confluence
- Ruby on Rails would be a “nice to have”
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Good degree/Academic qualifications, 5+ years Front End software development experience
- Self-motivated, pro-active and autonomous, with good team-working skills
- Good problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritise appropriately
- Strong design and software development skills, including appropriate OO patterns
- Experience in software development on the.nix/web environment
