This leading law firm provides a full business law service to the world's largest corporations and financial institutions across the globe. They are actively seeking a Planning associate to join their rated London team for at least 12+ months to cover a heavy workload whilst they hire on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately or certainly within 1 month, and will have a minimum of 8+ years PQE in Planning matters.
The team in London is headed by a partner rated in the legal500 for their expertise in this field. The team specialises in all aspects of planning law including portfolio acquisitions and disposals, both freehold and leasehold, for investment and operational portfolio holders; together with general Landlord & Tenant and estate management work for property investors, operators and owner-managed businesses.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in planning matters, and you will be able to start ASAP. They will be able to commit to the firm for a minimum of 12 months on a full time basis, although this contract length may well get extended after the initial period.
