This Top Tier Custodian is looking for a Client Service Manager within the Transfer Agency Department, to act as the Client Service Specialist ensuring the smooth delivery of the firm’s services

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Working with the clients, Relationship Managers and operational teams to ensure the consistent and high quality delivery of client service.
• Ensuring relevant key performance indicators are in place to measure performance and are reported to the client within agreed timetables.
• Developing an understanding of each client’s strategic goals and identify ways in which we can help them achieve their objectives to our mutual benefit.
• Maintaining and developing close working relationships with other areas, such as dealing, registration, distributions and other internal areas such as the Relationship Managers participating in service reviews where required.

The successful candidate is likely to have:
• A good understanding of UK Transfer Agency processes and products.
• Experience of managing client relationships, delivering excellent client service and, tackling a broad spectrum of client related queries.
• Excellent relationship / stakeholder management skills
• Solid experience working within Financial Services, preferably in the asset management industry
