This Top Tier Investment Bank is looking for a Structured/Loan Servicing Team Analyst to sit within the Corporate Loan Servicing department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Drafting, reviewing & negotiating transfer documents (including trade confirms & transfer certificates)
• Liaising with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Trading Desks, Agency and Servicing teams to ensure necessary approvals are obtained, pricing/cashflows are agreed and reconciled and settled within our system.
• Responsible for primary new loan issuance settlement
• Providing ongoing support for existing deals
• Liaising with borrowers, lenders and external agents in respect of rollovers, rate fixings, repayments Invoicing and processing of interest, repayments and fees on Agented deals or Bilateral loans
• Processing external payments and validating payment instructions with our counterparts
• Managing regular information flows between borrowers and lenders as well as handling any waivers or amendments to existing agreements
• Effectively reviewing and processing transfers between lenders. These may be entirely third party to us or with our firm as one side of the transfer.
• Review and navigation of Loan Credit Agreements and ancillary documentation
The successful candidate is likely to have:
• Knowledge and previous experience of Bank Loans Closing, Servicing or Agency activity
• Experience of navigating Loan Credit Agreements
• Experience working within Investment Banking
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Professional approach and ability to communicate well directly with external parties such as borrowers, lenders and other agents
