An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified social worker to join a South Yorkshire authority in a newly established team. The team will support children’s services in transitioning cases into adult’s social services. The team covers a high volume of complex cases within the area. Candidates with at least 2 years post qualified experience will be prioritised. Ideally in a transitions team. Candidates will be expected to have a social work qualification with knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures. To apply for this role you must hold a degree, post graduate or Professional Qualification in Social Work Hold full HCPC registration. Ideally have 2 years post graduate experience in the relevant team desirable Have Clear and valid DBS disclosure Have access to their own car.
