Location:  Rotherham, England

Recruitment Interviewers required urgently for a 3 month fixed term contract role!!!
Working with our Customer Management division, you will be interviewing and delivering the required calibre and volume of new recruits into the business in line with both delivery commitments and Capita values, standards and goals

Successful applicants must be flexible to work between our two sites based at Dearne Valley and Leeds.

Immediate start dates available.

The role will involve:

• Conducting effective interviews with candidates in line with Capita and client specific standards
• Understanding and maintaining knowledge of Company requirements, allowing effective decision making
• Ensuring all systems and databases are updated thoroughly to allow production of accurate MI
• Ensuring candidates are updated of the outcome of the interview in a fair and timely manner and feedback is given as and when necessary
• Recommending improvements based on observation, experience and feedback to the Resourcing Site Manager for search, selection and appointment
• Adhering to compliance processes and ensuring all relevant documentation is collected from candidates
• Participating in ad-hoc recruitment events (open evenings, recruitment fairs etc) as requested by Resourcing Site Manager

Suitable candidates should have experience in a recruitment environment either in house or agency, experience of working towards tight deadlines and within short timescales, be able to make effective decisions and to work effectively as part of a team with the ability of building relationships at all levels, have a flexible work ethic and have good computer skills
