VP - Tech Relationships

VP - Tech Relationships (BBBH119098) New York, New York

The Relationship Management roles are responsible for acquiring, orchestrating,
and growing entire client and ecosystem relationships; deepening relationships
within the C-Suite; consulting on, and cross-selling, the entire bank platform
(i.e. Treasury management to Debt financing to the Private Bank, etc.) to
address client business and personal needs; orchestrating cross-functional
teams to optimize the client experience; and building real relationships to
differentiate bank with all key influencers in the market. Core responsibilities
include new business development and expansion of existing relationships, as
well as, originating, advising on, and negotiating financing solutions for bank.
Commercial Bank clients.

Manage a portfolio of client relationships.
Responsibile for ensuring those clients receive a world class relationship
management experience with bank.
Ability to develop an understanding of the client's needs and cross selling bank's suite of products and services at the appropriate points in the lifecycle of the business.
Interacts with clients,referrals and prospects independently.
Highly skilled relationship builder,negotiator, and financial engineer.
Highly effective person with people and relationships. Ability to build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executive management of clients, prospects, and
other referral sources.
Understanding of bank's platform of products and services.
Expertise in developing and closing cross sell opportunities within assigned portfolio.
Strong understanding of the business trends impacting the market they cover.
Represents bank at events in market.
Ideally has expertise working with companies within the Enterprise sector.


Requirements:
Five years of related experience.
Experience and network in the tech startup ecosystem.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills.
Good closing skills.
Strong focus and ownership on the overall client experience.
Knowledge of bank operations and products a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
