Budget Controller & Data Office PMO (15245641/001) London, England
This Leading European Investment Bank is looking for a Budget Controller & Data Office PMO to act as the deputy program manager within the team, managing and monitoring the budget.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-To report budgets by coordinating with the different ITO budget community members.
-To ensure Programme budget guidance and requests relayed are implemented within the community.
-To manage and/or coordinate projects providing a regular and clear status update, by monitoring the roadmap.
-Contribute to enhance governance and streamline reporting and decision making process to define programme templates when needed.
-To act as the PMO of the Data Office team preparing reporting to management and maintaining Data Office team
-To monitor and report the actuals and forecast in Clarity and in coordination with the Head of Data Strategy, the Head of Data Control and the Budget team on a monthly basis.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
-A university degree or equivalent
-Experience in project management
-Strong experience in Budget monitoring
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Speaking French is a significant plus
