We have an exciting opportunity for a children's social worker to join a Child Protection and Court Team in Nottinghamshire.
For this position you will require experience of working with child protection cases that are in court proceedings, and be able to confidently write court reports.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will use your experience to work towards the joint goal of encouraging positive outcomes for vulnerable children and their families whilst encouraging effective multi-agency work to maintain high standards of social work practice.
You will manage complex child protection caseloads, including managing the risk on a caseload of children and families. This position will involve undertaking court work, and implementing Child Protection plans. You will also be required to conduct initial and core assessments. You will also work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to deliver better outcomes and contribute to practice development.
With your recognised professional Social Work qualification and HCPC registration, you will use your experience to make a significant contribution to the team.
