Are you a result driven, goal oriented sales agent looking to make more money? Manpower Group has immediate openings for experienced Phone Sales Agents for a work from home opportunity with one of our large national accounts!
As a sales representative you will play an important role within the company as a key driver of revenue by providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction
We are conducting interviews with qualified candidates immediately as this is an urgent need!
KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- 2 years of solid sales experience is required.
- Some technical knowledge
- Demonstrated effective communication skills -- verbal and listening
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to communicate well
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Demonstrate high sales and service skill levels to deliver on our customer's needs
- Utilize an assumptive sales methodology effectively to communicate benefits of multiple products, services, features, rate plans, and special offers to existing and new customers
- Maintain a high level of up to date product knowledge and market trends
- Reach monthly business targets and contribute as a team player to the inside sales team's success
- Flexibility to work different schedules
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in sales team environment
- High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience
- Call Center experience
- Demonstrable consultative sales experience with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Must have strong organizational abilities and good time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment
