New Hands-On Team Lead positions are available for seasonal opportunities at a premier Pharmaceutical Distribution Center in Taylor starting July 16th 2012. Must be available to start on Monday, July 16th for three day training. This date cannot be rescheduled due to group training. Starting pay rate is $16.00 p/h. Medical/Dental & Life Insurance available and Paid Holidays begin immediately. Will be working 50 + hours per week. First Shift is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm. Completion Bonus of an additional $1.00 per hour worked upon successful completion of this assignment. Will be picking and packing pharmaceutical vaccines for shipment to doctor offices, hospitals and clinics. Team Leads are responsible for being sure that their team arrives, goes to and returns from breaks and lunch on a timely basis and meets production numbers with accuracy and must be able to do so in a positive manner. The Team Lead is Hands-On and picks and packs with their assigned team.

Only candidates with recent, verifiable experience as a Hands-On Team Lead in a Distribution Center or Manufacturing Facility will be considered for this position. Mandatory overtime is required during the peak season. Must be available for all overtime as this is a "critical" facility. Due to the nature of the product being distributed and the short distribution season, you cannot miss any time during the term of this assignment. In this position you have the fantastic opportunity to earn a significant amount of money - but you must be available each day/night as needed.

• Can you submit to a drug screen and background check successfully?
• Do you have your own reliable transportation? Due to security procedures and mandatory overtime, you cannot be "dropped off".
• Do you have at least 2 years recent experience as a Team Lead in a Distribution Center or Manufacturing Facility?
• Are you able to commit to perfect attendance, no early leaves or late arrivals, during the term of the assignment?
• Are you able to commit to the entire term of the assignment and be available for all mandatory overtime?
• Can you comfortably lift up to 50 lb. and stand throughout the shift?

Physical requirements include the ability to bend, twist, stand all day, and lift up to 50 lb. Need to be detail oriented and be able to work at a quick, steady pace. Work boots or safety shoes required prior to start. If selected for an interview, please bring your proof of education - GED, Diploma or Degree to your interview.
