This newly created role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of our business-to-business customer service functions, assess our needs, and then recommend and implement your vision. It may be building and staffing an in-house call center, or an outsourced model; either way, we'll provide the canvas and paint so you can be Picasso. It's a unique, ground floor opportunity with tremendous potential -- you'll be a customer service visionary leveraging your expertise to create and implement policies and procedures. Whichever direction you take, we expect that this role will expand. Along the way you'll support our efforts to provide a green alternative to gasoline and diesel.

To be a good fit for the Customer Service Manager opportunity, you will have:
  • Five to eight years of experience managing a call center and focusing both on operations and staff management.
  • Two or more years of experience running a call center that includes critical functions and/or timed response.
  • Proven leadership skills, including people management and change management.
  • Experience demonstrating your ability to establish or expand a customer service / call center function, such as hiring and training a staff; evaluating, selecting and managing vendors; managing significant system / process changes; etc.
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate customer service reports.
