This Customer Service position is your opportunity to leverage your customer service and project management skills and join one of the largest providers of document management, marketing and distribution services in North America. As the Customer Service Specialist, you'll serve as the quarterback managing all the promotional, print and marketing production elements for large assigned accounts. You'll enjoy being the master coordinator in a dynamic environment where you'll keep a lot of balls in the air, as you keep project flow in motion. You'll rely on your wit, quick thinking, and interpersonal skills as you interface with clients, vendors, and the sales team, as well as work cross-departmentally, building your own network of connections and support.

To be a good fit for the Customer Service Specialist opportunity you will have:
  • Three to five years of experience in a fast moving customer service arena requiring independent decision making and project management skills.
  • A basic knowledge of print manufacturing processes; experience in print and / or promotional order processing is preferred.
  • A self-starter approach and a strong sense of account ownership.
  • A high degree of comfort interacting with internal and external clients and management.
  • The ability to work occasional overtime.
