Service Operations Manager (18930318) Irvine, California

In this newly created and highly visible Service Operations Manager role you will establish an operations service function for the Western states that, if successful, will be replicated in other US regions and abroad -- and if you demonstrate your potential, you might lead that expansion. You will manage our repairs & maintenance service program with a dual mission of ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue, including managing customer relationships, ensuring highly responsive service, upselling service contracts, providing leadership influence to sales professionals and more. This is a strategically important role reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations and your success could influence our sales approach moving forward.

To be a good fit for the Service Operations Manager opportunity, you will have:
  • At least five years of experience in customer sales and / or operations management.
  • At least three years of experience in roles involving direct customer interaction and relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service and customer management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical savvy; experience with equipment or machinery would be a plus, and experience in parts sales would be ideal.
