In this new role, added to accommodate our growth, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience on both the business and technical sides, while also learning the healthcare industry (if you don't already know it). You will design, develop and deploy high-level technical solutions for our financial systems, working with SSIS packages and .NET applications. Specifically, you'll work on our MITA aligned COTS program, Health PAS. Health PAS is a new, high-performance, adaptive, real-time solution for the modern Medicaid system. You'll partner with a strong and experienced team and become an expert with the program, learning and understanding the code, and making modifications to meet both our internal needs and the needs of the different states. To be a strong fit for the role of Application Development Engineer II, you will need:

• 4+ years of professional C# / .NET experience  
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Solid knowledge of and experience with:
  • SSIS Packages
  • SQL Queries
  • Web Development
  • Web Services
  • Assembly Management (GAC)
  • Windows Services
  • IIS basics
