In this role you will be the voice of our company as prospective customers call to inquire about our homes and leasing programs. Showcasing your high energy, customer service skills and professionalism, you'll educate potential residents about all of our listed and rent ready homes.

Answer incoming calls with a high level of energy to passionately sell our products with passion to new customers
Ensure that customer experience is the first priority
Review leasing programs and options to potential residents
Guide potential residents through a virtual tour of our professionally managed homes
Place outbound calls to follow up on assigned leads
Assist customers with leasing requirements
Prequalify potential residents to lease one of our homes
Work with regional Leasing Specialists to coordinate appointments for property tours
Meet or exceed call center performance metrics
Must be able to manage multiple computer screens and desktop applications while speaking to clients


Ability to work a flexible schedule required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic computer skills
Salesforce experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
