Regional Manager (00182) Denver, Colorado

The Regional Manager will be responsible for providing operational support across Denver for our company including acquisitions, renovation, leasing, and property management while interfacing with our Regional Office in Denver, CO. This position will manage what will be one of our core markets.

Responsibilities
· Recruit and hire a local team
· Get local operations off the ground including finding office space, equipment set up, etc.
· Manage office and field staff, including regional operating centers in key geographies across Denver
· Understand and prioritize sub-markets and channels to drive growth
· Ensure acquisitions, construction, and leasing pipelines are balanced and effectively managed
· Monitor and improve operational systems
· Manage staff’s use and interface of our proprietary IT platform
· Maintain high levels of compliance with our operational policies and procedures
· Interface with our Executives to ensure key operations are optimized

Candidate Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
· Excellent people management skills
· Prior management experience of a team in excess of 10 people is preferred
· Strong experience in residential real estate operations, including managing an established property management function
· A skilled and experienced real estate practitioner including underwriting markets and assets
· Deep local market knowledge
· Experience and creativity in marketing and leasing
· Able to bring a cost/benefit discipline to their approach to operations
· Ability to diagnose and address performance issues and develop action plans to improve operations
· Skilled at executing policies and procedures
· Proven success in meeting operational goals
· Extremely comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
