Castle Hospitality and Cleaning Division are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter for a highly reputable Hotel establishment within the Whitby area. The role will be working primarily on the pot wash section with one other, to ensure that all aspects of Kitchen Cleanliness duties are undertaken. 

The role: 

• To ensure that all kitchen utensils are cleaned in a timely manner, ready for reuse.
• To load and unload the dishwasher and put all pots away.
• Ensuring the work station is cleaned down at the end of each working day.
• To replenish and manage the Kitchen waste bins and replace when necessary.

The requirements: 

• Have previous experience in a Kitchen based environment.
• Confident to work in a busy environment and have an excellent "can do" attitude.
• To be able to work full time with varying shift patterns, including earlies lates and weekends.
