 Software Engineer (X2)

You will be joining a fast growing and exciting IT consulting firm, who has experienced great success in the Darwin market and are looking for two software engineers to join the team. With plans to establish offices in Sydney and Perth, NOW is the best time to join. You will grow with the company and establish yourself as a valued member of the team, ideally moving into a leadership role in the near future.   

Responsibilities:

• Write clear technical documentation
• Suggest new techniques & technologies that may be beneficial
• Develop solutions to address technical risks & issues unprompted
• Ability to perform functional and regression testing
• Ability to take requirements and develop scenarios and backlog using Agile methodologies

Roles:

• Develop solutions to stated problems in a collaborative manner
• Support existing projects by being a positive contributor
• Develop design documents and present them to stakeholders
• Perform unit testing and necessary integration and system testing

Key skills (general):

• Experience with application design and architecture
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Key skills (developer):

• Microsoft technology stack
• 3+ Years experience with .NET, ASP.NET, C#, WinForms, SQL
• SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience with integration platforms, such as BizTalk (highly desirable)
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies (highly desirable)
