Material Engineer

Proftech talent are looking for a Material Engineer to join an expanding team in Tipton. Salary is between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on experience.

The ideal Material Engineer will be a team player, who can work on their own initiative and is a motivated person who is willing to go the extra mile.

Main duties and responsibilities for the Material Engineer:

- Construction of BOM

- Understand how to create and maintain the BOM

- Update engineer levels

- Ensure attendance to eng changes requests and tracks cost.

- Ensure no obsolete stocks remain due to any engineer changes

- Upload all information into SAP when on introduced for logistics and finance tracking

- Keep the master data up to date and live.
