Fabricator - Great Wyrley area - Monday to Thursday 8 - 5pm - 4.30pm friday finish - £11.25ph + 1.5 overtime and DBL time available
PLATER/ FABRICATOR /WELDER required for busy Fabrication Company producing high quality and accurate heavy section steelwork for the construction sector.
Day to day tasks include:
Fabricator to deal with pre-cut and pre-drilled structural steel members and assembling using pre-drilled cleats, brackets and plates and tack welding these in line with the CAD drawings ready for sending through to the welding department.
The work is varied and interesting and requiring attention to accuracy and detail to ensure tight tolerances are met.
Jobs can be be-spoke for structural frame buildings including portal frames, high rise buildings, stadia, hospitals, schools, MOD and nuclear energy buildings.
Plater/Fabricator applicants:
Must have previous experience and be able to work to CAD Fabrication drawings – Excellent rates of pay and overtime available with rate of pay depending upon experience.
Hours of work 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.30pm on a Friday.
Overtime paid at time and a half mid-week and Saturdays and double time on Sundays.
Plater/Fabricator candidates to preferably hold a welding certificate to BS EN 287 or ISO 9606, crane and slinging certificate and a CSCS card and able to work un-supervised.
