My Client is looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to join their manufacturing site. The Business require a strong Engineering manager to take over the engineering department and implement positive changes to further develop the team and business. The ideal candidate will have worked as a maintenance engineer and have been promoted, so understands the electrical/maintenance/ mechanical engineering and has proven history in changing/developing maintenance engineers

Duties:

Overseeing a team of 4 - 5 maintenance engineers

Day to day running of the business
- All ares of maintenance are maintained
Skills required:
- Strong Leadership and Management Skills
- HNC/ Degree Qualification in Engineering
- Manufacturing/ Process Experience
- Mechanical and electrical skills
- Project Engineering Experience
- PLC Experience
