An award-winning global digital commerce agency is looking for an ambitious Senior UX/UI Designer to join them immediately in a temp to perm role based in Central London! This is an exciting opportunity to join a distinguished company experiencing exponential growth, where an entrepreneurial mindset is highly encouraged!

Working in a small cross-functional design team, you'll utilise best practices to deliver optimal designs with maximum usability and accessibility for well-known premium and luxury brands.

What you'll be doing:

• Working with clients to gather UX requirements and advise on solutions
• Defining plans for design projects that align with development timelines
• Gathering research and creating concepts to be presented to clients
• Wireframing, sketching, prototyping and mocking up UX designs
• Staying up to date with the latest trends in UX
• Mentoring junior designers and inspiring the wider team with creative ideas and solutions 
• Reviewing design implementations and providing feedback to developers, ensuring high quality delivery

What you're great at:

• Passionate about digital design and user experience, with a beautiful portfolio
• 3-5 years experience in a UI/UX design role working on large projects
• Exceptional wireframing, sketching and prototyping skills
• Ability to write responsive HTML and CSS for UI designs and HTML content layouts
• A good understanding of user research, user centred design methods and testing techniques and how they can be used to design the optimum user experience
• Fantastic communication skills, confident in discussing ideas and solutions with developers and presenting ideas to clients
• High attention to detail, taking pride in the quality of your work from start to finish
• Excellent problem solver, always looking to improve workflow and productivity
• Experience in the eCommerce space, and Sketch and Invision is preferred
