Summary







Manages professional service resource requests from receipt in Resource Management Operations (RMO) department to project completion. Provides resource management support so that right resource is available at right time for correct engagement.











Essential Duties and Responsibilities







  • Manages, organizes and processes requests for professional services resources.




  • Initiates project kickoff meetings with appropriate supporting documentation.




  • Assists with scheduling resources and coordinates with respective managers.




  • Setups new engagements in Professional Services Automation (PSA) application software.




  • Processes ongoing engagements in PSA software including contracts, changes requests and other modifications.




  • Assists with scheduling workflow implementation and improvement planning.




  • Provides utilization reporting and communicates forecasted availability and constraints.




  • Provides requested reports for various levels of management.


  • Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.




  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.




  • Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education and/or Experience







Education:







  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.








Experience:







  • 3 year professional or business experience in the following:




  • Knowledge of resource management practices.




  • PSA tool, especially resource management component.


May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.











Computer Skills







  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.




  • PSA software; ChangePoint preferred.


  • Microsoft Sharepoint and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) a plus.
