Outbound Customer Service Representative (REE00270) Norcross, Georgia

Provide post-sales/implementation support services to customers through a variety of customer contact methods.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of outbound calls to customers including, but not limited to, welcome calls, retention calls, and other notification or pro-active customer service calls.
  • Conduct email communication to customers that are not receptive to phone calls or prove to be difficult to reach by phone for the purpose of pro-active customer service communication.
  • Provide product training via phone to new and existing customers as needed.
  • Must be able to perform a high level needs assessment and present solutions to customers.
  • Pro-actively maintain, and enhance all customer relationships to work towards the goal of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Engage in highly effective customer interaction that drive improved renewal rates.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a call center / customer service environment required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products and strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication (written / oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and pleasant phone presence.
  • Excellent grammar skills.
  • Strong service/problem solving skills; must have the initiative to take action.
  • Results oriented and ability to work under pressure.
  • Courteous and client oriented.
  • Displays a positive attitude and is adaptable to change.
  • Proven prioritization and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
