CRM Manager

One of the biggest (and rapidly growing) healthier snack brands is looking for a CRM Manager to lead the CRM Team in owning and executing global multi-channel campaigns! 

The CRM Manager will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of engaging and effective email marketing programmes, as well as influence CRM through touchpoints beyond email to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell. You will be collaborating with the marketing and product teams, as well as performing campaign analysis and financial reporting to senior stakeholders.

About you: 

  • Experience executing email campaigns from end to end (requires HTML knowledge) 
  • Strong working knowledge of email best practices including testing, and the ability to lead the design and implementation of email marketing campaigns
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with the ability to investigate and demonstrate trends in consumer behaviour 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams 
  • Commercially minded, with a drive to hit (and surpass) targets
  • Creative with an entrepreneurial attitude, and eagerness to get hands-on! 
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Tableau, Magento and SQL
