Engineering Manager (BBBH143827) Scotland
Some of the key responsibilites will include:
- Developing and implementing engineering strategy to ensure that both long term and short term goals of the department are met
- Analysiing the current structure and proposing restructuring strategies and options to optimise the Engineering teams targets in relation to HSE and fixed costs
- Train, coach and develop direct reports to ensure they deliver and fully develop their own capabilities
- Liaise and network with other senior members of the business to ensure smooth runnings and best practises
