Marketing Manager, Post-Acute Care (JO-1302-262) Nashville, Tennessee
This Marketing Manager, Post-Acute Care plays a lead role in the execution of marketing campaigns related specifically to our Post-Acute Care products and services.� This Marketing Manager (MM) will report directly to the Director of Marketing (DM).� Together, they will collaborate with Product Management, Sales and other to ensure the complete leveraging of all partner and HSTM assets.� �
The MM is expected to assist in developing and will manage and execute all marketing initiatives including but not limited to: email campaigns, digital initiatives, and webinars.� Additionally, management of all collateral materials and sales tools needed to support the Post-Acute Care product and partner initiatives. ��
A major responsibility of this role is the follow-up required upon completion of marketing initiatives.� Specifically, consistent assignment of leads that are sales-ready to the correct Account Manager is critical.� Additionally, it is expected that non-sales-ready leads will continue to be nurtured until they are able to move to the next level.� The MM is responsible for reporting results of marketing initiatives to the DM on a weekly basis.� Emphasis is placed on results-based marketing.
The MM needs to be a self-starter, comfortable working in a complex, evolving environment. Exceptional project management and organizational skills are a must.� The MM will be encouraged to provide feedback to make current processes more efficient.��
·������� Developing and executing marketing initiatives including email campaigns and webinars (including HealthStream Live Webinars) under the direction of the DM
·������� Working directly with Sales and Product Management to execute on-message and highly impactful, targeted campaigns
·������� Managing all collateral materials in support of Post-Acute Care marketing and sales efforts
·������� Reporting on campaign results and suggesting improvements that will allow for a more efficient campaign process
·������� Learning new web-based tools that are used on a daily basis, including Salesforce.com, Acton, WebEx, Hubspot, Cvent, and more
This candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, strong computer skills and an understanding of the Web are critical. �Excellent organizational skills with a proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and an attention to detailed are required.� An energetic, mature self-starter who efficiently completes tasks in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid of leadership is the perfect candidate.� The ability to manage relationships internally and externally is expected. �A mandatory minimum of three years experience in marketing or related field required. Experience and/or knowledge of the Post-Acute Care market is preferred but not required.
