Sales Support Administrator / Executive (Permanent)
The Talent
- Experience in order management / sales support to the Sales team
- Strong ability to multitask in fast-pace environment
- Pleasant personality and meticulous in work
- Able to work independently and is also a good team player
The Job
- Processing of orders and manage order fulfilment and delivery to customers across regions (SEA)
- Prepares documents e.g. Quotations, PO, DO, PL, invoices etc
- Plan and collaborate across different departments to facilitate successful delivery
- Prepares shipping documents and coordinates processes with customers/ forwarders
- Assist in ad-hoc admin duties
Other Information
- 5 days, Working hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Permanent position
